After two months of stagnation in creating actual posts, has got me thinking about changing things up. It’s not a lack of finding something to post as I could continue to post about the Google Data Analytics course, but it just feels cheap. My heart is not really into that type of content, and I feel too much like a parrot, which is why I deleted many of those blog entries. Now that leaves me with figuring out what to blog about.
So I did a little research into developing my site a little more. I was just using the cookie-cutter options available to me when I set up the Bluehost and WordPress accounts. After watching this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BhltwjuiEk4 I learned a little more about web design that has my mental wheels turning. I decided that I need to explore some plugins that appeal to my sense of design, and the following I am planning on implementing:

Now it’s just deciding what type of content I will continue to create. I am leaning towards book and game reviews, gaming design, and misc. resource/ information availability. Misc. resource/ information availability may look like a how-to or DIY or just a list of relatable links.
Now to see how this turn of events plays over the next couple of months.
Update 8/21/2022
I decided not to go with Elementor Website Builder for the main purpose of its paywall. After some time trying to learn how to switch over to Elementor from Bluehost’s website builder, most if not all of my content didn’t transfer over or only portions of the information, which is fine I get that each web building service uses different coding. But the main reason I decided not to use Elementor was the features hidden behind the paywall, such as the site navigation bar. This feature is free with Bluehost, and I wouldn’t have a problem paying for a service if I knew what I was actually paying for.
